Rick is an 11 year old boy from outside of Boston who fought the good fight against brain cancer. He passed away on November 6th, 2009. He will live in our hearts forever.

- I'm Rick's dad. His mother is Patricia Hoffman, also of Scituate. My wife and Rick's step mom is Deirdre Hoffman and we have Rick's brother Michael Shaponick also living with us. I work for the Object Management Group as President and COO.
